Who We Are

Our Mission

In hopes of creating a world where justice and community bring about change for good in the world around us, our vision is to support the stability of our community through fostering healthy ways of maintaining the nervous system and psyche of folks who are marginalized or are in the trenches of advocating for social change and equality.

Our mission is to provide the community with resources, education, and space to explore trauma-informed, body-based breathwork tools in a supportive and integrative container that enriches the lives and spirits of those who participate.

About

Eve Golding
Owner, Certified Breathwork Facilitator

I am a lifelong learner, listener, and nurturer. I have been on my own journey of recovery from trauma for over 20 years, and worked as a case manager and group leader for a trauma-focused treatment center for 2 years.

I am certified through ReWild Breathwork in Functional Breathwork and Trauma-Informed, Somatic Conscious Connected Breathwork Journeys. I provide individual and group sessions, locally in Utah along the Wasatch Front, and virtually throughout the world.

I want to help you move through stuck stress responses, reset your nervous system, and give you tools to integrate and absorb the experiences you have through breathwork.

In my free time, I love to spend time with my loved ones and our cats, crochet, build personalized playlists, and play board & card games.

I believe that together, we can create a world that is more present, emotionally regulated, and kinder, through opportunities to process the wounds of our society within relational healing, and building capacity through supportive somatic and trauma-informed practices. Join me and see what happens!
