Through WuuSaahh Breathwork, Eve strives to provide her clients with resources, knowledge, and space to explore  trauma-informed, body-based tools in a supportive and integrative container that enriches the lives and spirits of those who participate.

Gentle head hold during a CCB Journey

Individual or Group Session?

Undivided attention or community connection?

Individual Session - Get 1:1 attention with individualized playlists, session-to-session continuity, and deeper learning opportunities. Sessions are 90 minutes long, with 20 minutes of education and grounding, 30 minutes of guided functional breathwork practice or a somatic breathwork journey set to a custom playlist, and 40 minutes of deep rest, integration, check-in, and aftercare instructions. Gentle, supportive touch is optional according to client's consent in the session. Appointments available in the Salt Lake City metro area, Provo-Orem metro area, or via Zoom from anywhere in the world.

Group Session - join the community for our affordable, gentle, somatic weekly group sessions, following the same format as an individual session. Partake in a shared experience where the group's collective energy and presence adds to the  each participant's experience. Held on Saturday mornings in Springville, Thursday evenings in American Fork, Tuesday afternoons in SLC, and Sunday evenings on Zoom. 

In-person or via Zoom?

Utah and Salt Lake Valley vs. anywhere and everywhere.

We hold weekly sessions in Salt Lake City, American Fork, and Springville. Other locations in the Utah and Salt Lake Counties are available upon request for an individual session or for a custom-organized breathwork gathering with your friends and family.

 

Whether in a group or 1:1 session, the opportunity to be guided through a breathwork journey from the comfort of your home can feel priceless. Zoom sessions are available weekday evenings and throughout the weekend.

Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey?

Either way, find a familiar facet of yourself through somatic awareness and trauma-informed care

Functional breathwork can lay the groundwork for more robust, nurturing day-to-day breath patterns. Techniques include breathing patterns for up-regulation, balance, and/or down-regulation of the nervous system, as well as building CO2 tolerance for increased oxygen flow to the body's muscles and organs.

 

Specific objectives in these sessions can include:

  • Improving sleep

  • Reducing stress or anxiety

  • Finding more energy throughout the day

  • Improved breathing practices during movement and exercise

  • Somatic grounding practices

Conscious Connected, Somatic Breathwork Journeys are a gateway into somatic knowing, exploration, and release. Whether you are in burnout or constantly stressed and anxious, these sessions can provide an access point into the nervous system that can release old, stuck somatic energy and complete the body's stress response cycle in a gentle, non-invasive way that keeps you in control of your experience. We emphasize consent, building one's nervous system capacity and window of tolerance with full respect for each participant's internal experience and somatic/psychological needs. We utilize nasal breath, 2-part, and 3-part breath to gently activate and invite the vagus nerve to come online, providing an entry to energetic release via movement, sound, and emotion.​​​​​
